how can i buy the bid? n the RM for 1 bid?
Answer: You may purchase bids by clicking on Purchase Credit (on the homepage) or by clicking on the ipay88 logo. Both credit cards and bank transfers are accepted as methods of payment for bid credits. As there are no bid packages available, the minimum credit purchase is RM1. Your credits will be deducted by the bidding fee amount each time you confirm your bid in an auction.

how long will it takes to get the free bids after a friend have referred u? Answer: It will usually take no longer than 3 working days for bids to be credited after the member referred activated his or her account. However, do take note that members who refer themselves by creating an account without the consent of others or create an imaginary new member account for the benefit of getting free bids may face immediate termination of their account as stated in the Terms & Conditions. MyBids has a system to track the similarity and accuracy of information provided. Meanwhile, we may also do periodic calls to the phone number provided during registration to verify the account. To promote equal winning opportunity, all members are reminded not to abuse the friend referral system. |

for those items not on free bids, EACH time we bid we have to pay the admin fee? or is it a ONE TIME admin fee for each item and we can bid as many times after? can i use my free bids that I have for that item and continue to bid as many times as I would like to?or each free bid will be used up with every bid i place on an item? Answer: For items that are not on free bids, each time you bid, you will have to pay an admin fee. It is not a one time admin fee. Thus, usually members will purchase a certain amount of credits, of which slowly it gets deducted every time he or she places a bid. Each free bid will be used up with every bid you place on an item. |
| how do i use my free bids? | Posted by 'mandy' | |
i clicked on link..but not sure since there's no list of items on auction.. Answer: Admin fee payable auctions are now open for bidding. You may utilise your free bids for any of the featured auctions. |
| why need to buy bids ? | Posted by 'jiajien' | |
is a bit weird ? Answer: Members will be required to purchase credits to bid. This is because items on auction are for sale to the winner at extremely low cost (maximum bid amount or below). Thus, MyBids charges admin fee for each bid to cover up losses from the final sale of the item. |
| pay for bids? | Posted by 'playezgal' | |
do i need to pay for my bids?? Answer: For the "Free Bids" auction, you do not need to pay for bids submitted. Only when you win the auction, then you pay for the item with the highest unique bid amount. Other auctions which will open soon will require an admin fee for every bid submitted. You may wish to refer your friends. You will be credited 1 free bid (to be used in any auction that require admin fee) for every friend referred who activates their account. |
| how to know if the max bid | Posted by 'mandy' | |
is reaching?? will u notify us through email? Answer: If you mean the "maximum number of bids", a closing soon sign will appear on the item. An auto generated "closing soon" notification email will be sent out to all who have bid for the particular item. "Closing Soon" emails will be sent out when either 75% of the maximum number of bids have been reached or when there are 2 more days left before the auction ends (whichever comes first). |

| highest unique | Posted by 'mandy' | |
if your status says highest unique, that means that figure can only change to not unique after that. right? because let's say 19.80 is highest unique, when some1 else bid that same figure, it will change status from highest unique to not unique. am I right? so, there's a technical error since my highest unique bis status went to unique after a while. Please check.TQ Answer: Highest Unique status can also change to Unique status. For example if your bid of 19.80 is Highest Unique, this is because no one else has bid on any amount higher than 19.80. Your status can change to Unique if someone else for example bid on 19.90. Meanwhile, your bid can also change to Not Unique if someone else bid on 19.80. |
| highest unique bid? | Posted by 'mandy' | |
okay, if it says unique, does it mean it is the highest unique bid? Answer: If your bid status says "Unique" it only means that no one else has bid that amount before. If your bid status says "Highest Unique", then this means that you currently hold the highest unique bid. For an example of the unique auction, you may view "Placing Bids" under Help Section. |
| how to get free bids? | Posted by 'mandy' | |
how to get free bids? Answer: You may get free bids by referring your friends to MyBids. If your friend registers and activates his or her account, then you will be credited 1 free bid. This means 1 free bid for every friend you referred who activates their account. Do remind your friends that the referral email that you sent may have landed in their Spam/Bulk/Junk folder. To start referring your friends, click on the "Get Free Bids" tab and enter your friends' email addresses. MyBids system will send them an email to invite them to visit MyBids.com.my. Once your free bids have been credited into your account, you may use it to bid for any item on auction. |
| unique bid | Posted by 'mandy' | |
how to know if the bid is UNIQUE?? on what basis is this? Answer: If your bid is Unique, it will show next to the bid amount after you submit the bid. All you have to do is click on "My Active Bid Status" and you will be able to see the status of all your bids submitted. When you bid an amount that no one has bid before, the status of your bid amount will be Unique. This usually means that someone else has the highest unique bid somewhere on top of your unique bid amount. |
