Bid credits are required for submission of each bid. There is no minimum
purchase on bid credits.

Bid credits can be purchased through Bank Transfers or Ipay88.

Payment through Bank Transfers (eg. Maybank2u): |

Payment through Maybank2u (bank deposit) may take up to 2-3 working days
for funds to be transferred and credits to be deposited into your account
(avoid last minute purchase of credits)

email at credits@mybids.com.my
after depositing payment for credit purchases. Members who buy the activity / item
direct or make payment for auctions won in Mybids, are required to send a confirmation
email to payment@mybids.com.my

A confirmation email will be sent to you when payment has
been received and when bid credits have been deposited into your account.

Credit transactions can be viewed in “My Transactions”. Meanwhile,
status of item payment and its receipt can be viewed in “My Items
Won” under Account Summary section.

Credits are instantly transferred into user account as soon
as payment has been made.

Winners of the auction are required to make payment of the highest unique
bid amount before the meet up will be arranged / before the item will be delivered free-of-charge.

Payment of the highest unique
bid amount has to be received within 2 working days after auction ends.

Activities will be arranged / Items will be sent out to winners within 3 working days upon
receiving payment.

Activitiy must be carried out 14 days after auction ends or else it will not be valid. For item/product winnings, delivery will take around 5-10 working days.

IC verification is required upon winning an activity auction.
